All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Best for customers who need their items more quickly

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be longer than estimated due to customs processing
  • We cannot guarantee that your package won’t be subject to customs inspections

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Apparel tags must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Baseballs & Bats (due to potential use in gameplay)
  • Drinkware (for hygiene reasons)

Exception: We will accept returns of these items if they arrive damaged or defective.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with all original packaging and tags attached. Include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original item
  • If the replacement item costs more, we will contact you for payment of the difference
  • If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was incorrect or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will arrange for a free return shipping label if needed
  • You may choose between a replacement or full refund

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
