2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our sports apparel (tops, bottoms), accessories, gifts, baseball equipment, basketball gear, and drinkware/home products. However, slight variations in color or size may occur due to monitor settings. If a product doesn’t match its description, you may return it under our Returns Policy.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order via email. Acceptance occurs when we ship your items, at which point a contract is formed.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed.

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include:

  • Baseballs & Bats (due to potential use in gameplay)
  • Drinkware (for hygiene reasons)

Exceptions are made for damaged or defective items.

5.2 Return Process

5.3 Refunds
